1957 Plymouth Fury

The Fury was the epitome of the 1957 Plymouth fleet, but unlike all other '57 Plymouth models, the Fury was available in only one body style and one exterior color, the Sport Coupe (2 door hardtop) in Sand Dune white. Included among some of the features exclusive to the Fury was gold anodized side trim & grille, special wheel covers, 150 MPH speedometer and a special two-tone steering wheel. The Fury was the only model out of the Plymouth fleet at the time that had side trim that "kicked up" at the rear tailfins. This style of trim proved to be an excellent look for Plymouth and would become standard on Furys, Belvederes and Sport Suburbans in 1958.
